Tournament Hospitality
Friday 4th March - Sunday 6th March 2010

Hospitality for the event will be located in the Members Grill & Lounge area in the clubhouse, please follow the directional signage at the clubhouse registration desk. There will be a dining area, lounge area with sofas and viewing balcony over the 9th & 18th fairway and putting green. A rolling buffet format will be used for the catering. It will start with a light breakfast, lunch and finish with afternoon tea. Please see below for catering times throughout the day. There will be informal seating.

Timings:
Light breakfast: 10:00 - 11:15
Lunch: 11:45 - 14:30
Afternoon tea: 15:00 - 16:00

Event draw sheets:
Event draw sheets will be available to all hospitality guests in the hospitality area.

Dress code:
The dress code for the hospitality area is smart casual; no spikes to be worn inside the clubhouse.
Changing rooms are located downstairs in the clubhouse.

Parking:
Parking will be available within the Empire grounds, please follow directional signage on arrival to The Empire Hotel and Country Club.
